The candidate should have 5 years of experience in negotiating, documenting, and managing business and real estate transactions. Should preferably have good business judgment, superior drafting and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to a collegial work environment. Experience in estate planning and trust administration is desired. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a broad base of clients are important. An LLM degree is a plus. Should have strong academic and writing skills.
