The candidate should have an excellent academic record and at least 8 years of litigation experience. Should have significant complex litigation experience such that they can successfully and independently manage litigated matters from inception to disposition. Top candidates will have an insightful personal litigation strategy and a proven track record of success, both via written papers and oral arguments. Should also have prior experience with mentorship and leadership, as they will work closely with associate attorneys to develop their professional skill sets. California bar admission is required.
