Job Description:

The successful candidate will maintain the law firm’s servers, Microsoft Office 365, laptops, desktops, printers and other technical items. The successful candidate will also provide software and end user support. This position requires someone who is highly motivated and a very strong communicator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain networked computers (Windows 10) including updates, upgrades, and new employee onboarding
  • Assist with server administration (Windows Server 2016) including Active Directory, group policies, backups, user management, software deployment
  • Microsoft 365 administration including Azure Active Directory in a hybrid environment
  • Maintain vendor relations
  • Provide printer management and maintenance
  • Provide help desk support to employees as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing Active Directory including user accounts and group policies
  • Experience with end-user support
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Printer troubleshooting skills are a plus
  • A+ or similar is a plus
  • Good communication skills
