# Litigation Associate Attorney at Jones & Keller P.C.

## Responsibilities

- Gaining immediate experience working with clients and providing litigation support to the firm s shareholders, including legal research, motions practice, written discovery management and depositions, trial preparation, and trial practice in state (primarily Colorado) and federal courts, and arbitration forums such as JAG, JAMS, and FINRA.
- Handling legal matters such as complex commercial and civil litigation, securities litigation and enforcement defense, labor and employment, and natural resources.

## Qualifications

- J.D. and license to practice in all Colorado Courts
- 4-6 years of litigation experience
- Exceptional writing, research and analytical skills

## Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $190,000 per year, based on experience. Eligible for health, dental, vision and 401k match benefits and potential bonus.
