Associate Attorney
The candidate must have 1+ years of experience in Education Law, Labor/Employment Law, or Municipal Law. Have strong academic credentials. Have strong writing skills. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is required. Preferably have knowledge of all aspects of education law, including, special education and Section 504, student discipline / HIB, public school contracts, labor negotiations, board operations, personnel matters, tenure and seniority, civil rights, employment discrimination, and school construction.
