Job Description:

Naples Law Firm is accepting resumes for a full-time probate paralegal with 5-10 years experience in probate administration. No resumes considered if candidate does not have at least 5 years experience in probate and trust administration. Previous experience and working knowledge with preparation of Federal Estate Tax Returns, Forms 706, Fiduciary Tax Returns, Forms 1041 and Gift Tax Returns, Forms 709 is desirable. Candidates must have exceptional organizational skills and experience with drafting and filing of pleadings and managing due dates. Knowledge of WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Excel and document management software is preferred.
