Commercial Litigation Associate
The attorney will have significant individual responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation. Types of matters will include breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, coverage, real estate litigation, commercial leasing disputes and other general commercial litigation matters. Responsible for drafting pleadings, discovery, briefs and motions, taking and defending depositions, court appearances and trial work. Should have 3 years of litigation experience.
