Should have extensive experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing a variety of legal issues in complex litigation. Top candidates will have taken and defended depositions and successfully argued motions. Valuable experience working closely with senior and partner attorneys to develop their independence as litigators. California bar admission is required.
