Job Description:
Banking and Debt Finance associate
The candidate must have 1-3 years of relevant experience; meaningful experience representing lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, and/or other institutional investors in connection with credit facilities and other debt financings; excellent interpersonal and drafting skills and a willingness to collaborate; a superior client service orientation and a strong work ethic; the ability to juggle and take primary responsibility for multiple files; the ability to work well both independently and in a team-oriented environment; and good judgment; experience in asset-based loans, project or infrastructure finance, cross-border or international transactions, high yield bonds, inter-creditor arrangements is helpful. Must be a member in good standing of the New York bar.
