Job Description:

Dressler Peters, LLC, a national law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-7 years’ experience in business law with a concentration in corporate finance for its Springfield office. An associate will work with partners, associates, and clients in a busy litigation practice and will be actively involved in the firm's expanding regional and national commercial litigation practice working out of the Springfield Office.

The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, the ability and confidence to work independently, and a commitment to achieving the goals of firm clients. Uniform commercial code, transactional, commercial litigation and/or business bankruptcy experience preferred but the most important criteria is having a bright legal mind, a willingness to learn, a desire to do high quality legal work and grow with an established, successful firm. Firm is headquartered in Chicago with offices in Indiana and Missouri.  

 

All candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school in the United States and be currently admitted to practice in Missouri. Active bar licenses must be and remain in good standing.
