The candidate will advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability or legal rights and obligations. Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses. Keep clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating case progress. Gather evidence to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of case. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Should be licensed to practice law in the state(s) of South Carolina and or Georgia. Possess great Reporting & Research Skills.
