Litigation Associate
The candidate will join Insurance defense firm. Should have 5-10 years experience. Must be admitted to practice in Rhode Island. Admission to other New England states preferred. Excellent opportunity to handle complex litigation including claims involving construction losses, fire losses, products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle liability and toxic torts. Strong research and writing skills, and excellent academic credentials are required.
