Job Description:
Litigation Defense (4-6 years of experience)

The candidate must have 1-5 years of experience in Litigation Defense. Should have a State Bar of Nevada license, active and in good standing with 4-6 years of experience in litigation. Prior court appearance, written discovery, and deposition experience preferred. Excellent academic credentials, exceptional writing skills and strong interpersonal skills are a must. Must be a member of the Nevada State Bar. Should have strong and persuasive written, oral and presentation skills; excellent research skills, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Must also have the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team.
