The candidate will be representing clients with the purchase, sale, development, and financing of commercial real estate projects, as well as negotiation and drafting of commercial leases and preparing easements, mortgages, notes, and deeds. Must demonstrate high academic achievement. Should preferably have 1+ year of experience with real estate law. Should demonstrate appropriate substantive knowledge of and interest in real estate transactions. Must have excellent writing and speaking skills, and a strong work ethic.
