The candidate's work will include a wide range of matters such as entity formation and structuring; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; debt and equity financings; corporate governance; and commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Should have a strong academic background, be admitted to the New Hampshire Bar with 3+ years prior experience in a firm or in-house setting, have a sound understanding of fundamental corporate law concepts and transactional practice.
