Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for representation of fiduciaries, beneficiaries and non-profit organizations in contested trust, estate, conservatorship, and elder abuse matters. Should be an Attorney with 3+ years quality experience in trust and estate litigation, or civil litigation with strong interest in trust and estate litigation. Must have California Bar Membership. Overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participating in court proceedings is required. Must have excellent writing, research, oral advocacy and discovery skills, a strong academic record, and excellent professional credentials.
