The candidate must be licensed to practice in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar; have 7 years of experience as an attorney handling a commercial and residential real estate or financing transactions with experience commensurate with their years of practice; be organized and detail-oriented, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience independently handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including financing, with minimal supervision, is preferred.
