Capital Markets Associate
The candidate should have 2 years of experience with a sophisticated large or mid-sized law firm. Should have a broad range of transactional experience across both public and private equity and debt securities offerings and representing issuer, investor and underwriter clients. In addition, experience with Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance compliance is required. Should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and should be comfortable assuming a lead role in managing the execution of transactions. An ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients is essential.
