Restructuring Associate
The candidate should be on the front lines of structuring, negotiating, and implementing solutions in distressed and restructuring situations; highly-motivated candidates with excellent writing, communication, legal research, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Should have 2+ years of transactional and/or litigation experience, preferably focused on bankruptcy or restructuring. High level of academic achievement and large law firm experience preferred.
