The candidate should have 2+ years of a broad range of transactional experience with a law firm. Experience and interest in representing public companies in public and private securities offerings. Experience with Exchange Act reporting, SEC compliance, corporate governance compliance, SEC disclosures, and debt equity offerings required. Should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a desire for team-work, significant responsibility, and client interaction.
