The candidate will have a working knowledge and growing expertise in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing (both landlord and tenant representation) of mid-to-large size office, retail, industrial, medical, and master planned community projects. Skills will include an understanding of title and survey issues and the fundamentals of negotiating purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, joint venture agreements, construction agreements, and finance documents.
