The candidate should currently be licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Georgia. Must have 10+ years of employment law experience representing employers. Experience working with small businesses and social impact organizations is required. Excellent communicator and collaborator are needed. High tech proficiency and a systems-thinker are essential. Should be a self-starter and an executor that sets and meets goals. Must be a curious and creative thinker that embraces crafting non-traditional solutions.
