Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 2+ years of experience with patents and related complex technology litigation. A technical degree (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science/engineering) and significant experience handling substantive patent issues with an ability to learn underlying technology are strongly preferred. Must have superior written and oral communication skills, a desire for teamwork, and excellent academic credentials. Must also be comfortable working in a busy practice and with client interaction.
