The candidate should have experience defending the interests of manufacturers for claims relating to design, warnings, mis-manufacture, and warranty claims. Experience evaluating case exposure and advising on federal regulatory compliance, instruction manuals, technical training, warning labels, and other measures to minimize future liability threats. Experience with litigation involving serious personal injuries and wrongful death, economic loss, and defect claims. Portable book of business with the ability to support other's clients. Desire to grow and expand current client base.
