Startup Paralegal
The candidate will assist the firm s attorneys with a variety of tasks related to managing legal services for startup companies, including incorporation, stock and stock option issuance, financing documents, employment and intellectual property documents, capitalization tables, and securities filings. Should be recent collage graduate with incredible attention to detail to gain experience in the legal field and learn about startup law. Should preferably have experience as a corporate paralegal. Should be experienced with spreadsheets. Must be adaptive and tech savvy. Must be eager to take on a new challenge.
