Civil Litigation Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for including motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court experiences, and trial preparation. Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills. Compensation commensurate with experience. Should have JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school. An active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Litigation experience in insurance defense preferred.
