Commercial Litigation Associate
The candidate must have demonstrated exceptional academic and personal achievement and who thrive on the intensity and challenge of "bet-the-business" litigation. 3 to 8 years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution required. Sophisticated litigation experience required. Top twenty school or top 10% of law school class. Federal clerkship experience preferred. Experience on law review, journals and/or moot court. Excellent writing skills is a must. Licensed to practice in Texas or New York.
