The candidate should have Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Molecular Biology or closely related field. Will consider applicants with a Master s Degree and experience in patent prosecution. Should have 2 years of experience as a patent attorney or patent agent. Should take Patent Agent s Exam to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, if not already a registered attorney or agent.
