Job Description:
Patent Associate
The candidate must have 2+ years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications related to artificial intelligence and machine learning, computer software, financial technology, blockchain, and cryptocurrency. An undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science is preferred and all experience levels will be considered. Admission to a State Bar and USPTO registration are required. Should have strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a desire to work in a collegial atmosphere with an emphasis on training, significant client contact, and a wide range of work, including patent preparation and prosecution, portfolio management, strategic analysis, and opinion work.
