Associate Attorney

Job Description:

Small litigation firm seeks attorney with 5-10 years’ experience representing plaintiffs, defendants, or insurers in personal injury litigation in both state and federal court. Must have experience in federal practice and procedure as well as Philadelphia and local county litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, conducting depositions, and presenting cases in court proceedings. Some experience with employment and civil rights litigation desired.  Should have strong legal research and writing ability, and work ethic. Excellent opportunity for attorney seeking to develop a practice and become a partner. Salary commensurate with experience.
