Senior Associate
The candidate will work for trusts and estates, contested guardianship, and estate litigation practices. Will have extensive client contact and will maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances and conferences based on case requirements. Will be encouraged to participate in the firm s business development activities and must be comfortable working with elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities, and their families. Must be a New York admitted attorney with 5-7 years of experience. Experience in trusts and estates, elder law, guardianships, mental health law, Medicaid, and/or special needs planning is a plus. Must have excellent writing, research, analytic and organizational skills and be a motivated self-starter who wants to be an integral part of a well-established, nationally known boutique law firm.
