Litigation Associate Attorney
The candidate should have JD from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in New Jersey. Should have 3 - 7 years NJ state and federal court experience in trucking, premises, construction, professional liability defense litigation and/or coverage. Should have Superior communication, writing, research, and time management skills. Should have ability to independently handle and manage, with Partner oversight, all phases of litigation. Draft motions, discovery demands and responses. Handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
