Patent Associate (physics)
The candidate should have a B.S. in Physics and a minimum of three years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Admission to a state bar and USPTO registration is required. Successful candidates have strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a desire to work in a collegial atmosphere with an emphasis on training, significant client contact, and a wide range of work, including patent preparation and prosecution, portfolio management, strategic analysis, and opinion work.
