The candidate will handle a large and growing docket of cases. Will help lead client communications, prepare documents, and all demands related to their cases. Will focus on the proper workup of their cases in preparation for settlement or litigation.
Should have 1-3 years of experience in Workers' Compensation. Must be a highly motivated and Illinois Bar licensed Workers Compensation Attorney. Should have strong negotiation skills, ability to manage time and caseload, ability to communicate effectively, and a team player.
