Experienced Products Liability Attorney
The candidate must have a substantial and self-sufficient book of portable business. Experience defending the interests of manufacturers for claims relating to design, warnings, mismanufacture, and warranty claims is preferred. Experience evaluating case exposure and advising on federal regulatory compliance, instruction manuals, technical training, warning labels, and other measures to minimize future liability threats are a plus. Experience with litigation involving serious personal injuries and wrongful death, economic loss, and defect claims are essential. Must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where they reside and their license must be active and in good standing. Should demonstrate drive and the potential for additional business generation.
