How to Write a Workers Compensation Attorney Job Description

Law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Workers Compensation practice group. This position will be based in their Washington, DC office. The candidate will manage a caseload involving complex workers compensation matters, handling cases from beginning to completion.  Candidate will prepare cases for trial, conduct discovery, develop litigation strategies, composes motions, briefs, correspondence, and represent clients in multiple litigation claims.Firm have a history of success built on lasting relationships that produce results with outstanding value for our clients. Requirements:

• Experience handling court appearances and conduct depositions.
• Must have at least 2 years of Workers Compensation experience.
• Experience with Case Management software is required.
• Member of the DC bar.
