Law office is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Trademark/Copyright group in Denver. Candidate will be doing clearance searches and assessing prospects of trademark registration and legal risk of using an unregistered mark. Candidate will also be negotiating or coordinating negotiation on rights transfer domain name dispute resolution proceedings specific day-to-day work include reviewing clients' product packaging, identifying IP issues and proposing brand protection strategies. This is leading international firm with a diversified business practice representing commercial, industrial and financial enterprises both publicly and privately held.

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience working in trademarks either in an IP consultancy or in a law firm as a trademark attorney.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Must be registered to practice before the USPTO.
