Law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join their premier and globally recognized Securities and Capital Markets Team in Charlotte, NC.  Candidate will be preparing and reviewing disclosure filings, including offering materials and periodic reports, handling corporate governance matters, and drafting acquisition documents, joint venture agreements and general commercial contracts. Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience with capital markets transactions, securities regulation issues, mergers and acquisitions, and general business matters
• Accounting or finance background and understanding of financial statements is preferred.
• Should have strong academic credentials andexcellent communication skills
• NC bar, or ability to waive into the NC bar
