How to Write a Real Estate Litigation Attorney Job Description

Law firm is seeking a mid-level attorney to join its rapidly growing residential real estate litigation practice in Albuquerque. Candidate will manage cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage and transactional matters and protect the client's interest in litigation proceedings and general collection cases. Candidate will draft court pleadings, defence of motions. This is a full-service firm that provides legal services to depository and non-depository financial institutions including banks, credit unions, mortgage servicing concerns, institutional investors, private firms, and other commercial clients.

Requirements:

• Experience drafting court pleadings and defense of motions.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in the practice of law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law.
• Admission to practice law in the state of New Mexico.
• Must be proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
