How to Write a Municipal Law Attorney Job Description

Regional law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join Municipal and  Litigation Practice Groups in Harrisburg office. Attorney Must have 1-3 years of experience. Firm provides legal services in the following areas of law: Municipal, Corporate and Business, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration, General Litigation, Land Use and Environmental. Must have Experience in local government law, land use and drafting legal documents as well as general litigation experience.

Requirements:

• Provide legal representation to the firm's various municipal clients related to all aspects of municipal law including land use, litigation, legislation, personnel, code enforcement and transactional matters.
• Must have excellent academic credentials, a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have the ability to attend evening meetings.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
