How to Write a Litigation E-Discovery Attorney Job Description

Mid-size national law firm is seeking an experienced attorney with 2-4 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on discovery and other complex litigation. This position will be in the firms Torrance, CA office. Candidate will be providing discovery services tailored to each case in a fast-paced litigation environment. Requirements:

• Work closely and collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, other in-house eDiscovery service team members, firm staff and clients.
• Must have strong academic background including law review/journal, strong writing skills, a proven track record of high performance and measurable results, and an eagerness to assume elevated responsibility.
• Understanding practices and procedures related to eDiscovery, ESI preservation, document review/coding and large-scale document productions.
