Nationally-recognized law firm is seeking an attorney to join their IP group in Austin. Candidate will serve in the analysis and preparation of replies to office actions to the US patent office. Candidate will also handle the preparation of new patent applications along with the preparation and prosecution of design applications.Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

• Must have2-4 years of solid patent experience at a big firm.
• Must be eligible for registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; registered practitioners preferred.
• High level of academic achievement.
• USPTO admission and TX bar preferred.
