Law office is seeking an experienced attorney with 3+ years of experience for their Intellectual Property Group in Boston.Candidate should have an in-depth familiarity with electronic discovery, as well as with ITC and federal court practice and an interest in joining a fast-paced practice, handling complex intellectual property litigation matters.Firm offer a unique experience for associates, providing an accelerated learning process that results in hands-on practice and the opportunity to work directly with our amazing clients. This is a full-time position in a busy full-service law firm. 

Requirements:

• Should have 3-6 years of patent litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting and working with high-tech, hardware/software, electronics, telecommunications and/or mechanical devices.
• Must have excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Current membership (or eligibility to waive in) to the Massachusetts Bar.
