Law firm is seeking a mid-level attorney to join their Intellectual Property and Technology practice in New York City. Candidate will be drafting and negotiating vendor and commercial agreements; IP licensing; website terms of use/privacy policies; rights of privacy and publicity, etc. Candidate will also work in internet law, including domain name searching, selection and enforcement. The firm takes an integrated, multidisciplinary approach that provides a broader perspective on how intellectual property issues affect key legal and business decisions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of IP experience
• Experience in counseling, drafting and IP related agreements.
• Should be licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
• Must have strong academic credentials.
• Must have superb written communications skills and an ability to produce written work product that is concise and effective.
