A mid-sized, well-established, full-service law firm is seeking an attorney to join its Employee Benefits Group in Downtown Indianapolis. Attorney should have 2-3 years of experience. Candidate will work with experienced professionals in a sophisticated and challenging work environment and with diverse clients.

Requirements:

• Experience handling a variety of retirement and welfare plan matters, including issues arising under ERISA, the ACA, and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills and a superior law school record are required.
• Must be a member of the Indiana Bar or be willing to become one.
