Law firm is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their rapidly growing global finance practice. The position will be based in their New York office. The groups clients consist of many high profile non-bank lenders, including private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds and hedge funds. Candidate will have opportunities for significant direct client contact and business development training and participation.

Requirements:

• Must have experience focusing on complex finance transactions and credit arrangements.
• Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are preferred.
• Must be admitted to the New York Bar.
