How to Write a Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution Attorney Job Description

Law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join their tax group in Orlando office. Candidate will work on both the federal and state level, including matters related to examination, appeals, tax court litigation, transfer pricing, offshore asset compliance and collection alternatives.

Requirements:

• Must have 3 years of meaningful experience in the areas of international tax, corporate tax, partnership tax, and/or tax controversy issues.
• LL.M. in Taxation is required.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills.
• Florida Bar admission preferred.
