How to Write a Bankruptcy Attorney Job Description

Law Office is seeking an experienced attorney with 3-7 years of experience for their Bankruptcy practice in Missouri.Candidate should have debtor, creditor and lender experience in complex Chapter 11 cases. The position is ideal for attorneys who would like to work independently, be responsible for their own clients and caseload, and still be supported by an office and the advantages that a law office has to offer. This is a full-time position in a busy full-service law firm.

Requirements:

• Appear in court, prepare and file motions and discovery requests/responses, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and maintaining various deadlines.
• Some experience in debt litigation, debt settlement, or bankruptcy is preferred.
